    How can I view my status of bus bookings?

    The Bus Ticket will be sent via SMS, mail to your mobile number and mail id respectively with the selected operators. It will have your unique PNR number along with other ticket related details. You can use this information at the time of boarding the bus.

  • I want to cancel my bus booking. What should I do?

    If a new customer makes an id by clicking on the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner, then you can cancel the bus ticket from your id. But in case you made the booking without it, then call our customer care and the ticket will be canceled. You can also use our “manage booking” Section via website and app Both.

    Do I need to carry any documents while boarding?

    Yes. Passengers are required to carry any one of your Government Identity Card along with your mobile bus ticket. You can choose from the following options:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Voter ID Card
  • Valid Passport
  • Driving License
  • I missed my bus. Do I get a refund?

    Busadda.com provides a 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either Busadda or its’ partner company's fault. However, if you miss the bus due to any other reason not directly related to Busadda, then no refund is provided.

    How can I get a refund in case I cancel my bus ticket?

    Your bus ticket will be refunded after you cancel it and refund will reach you in 3-4 working days. However, the cancellation amount will depend on the bus tour operator you have chosen.

    Can I cancel my bus ticket?

    Yes. The tickets booked through Busadda can be cancelled* before the cutoff time on the day of journey which is the start of the bus at the first boarding point. *Cancellation terms vary from bus partner to bus partner.

    Can I pay for someone else?

    Yes, you can pay/book bus tickets for others. It is not necessary that the payee has to travel. Please make sure you are giving the right details for all passengers and also make sure they carry the Govt. issued ID cards to ensure that there won't be any issues.

    I missed the bus, am I eligible for a refund?

    Busadda provides 100% refund if the bus is missed due to either Busadda or its partner company's fault. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to Busadda it does not provide any refund (for example: waiting at the wrong pickup point or arriving late at the pickup point is not considered for refund).

    Would I get a full refund?

    Full refund happens only when there has been an error from busadda.com’s end or the bus partners end. In other cases, where the traveler requests for cancellation, partial refund happens. Please check the cancellation terms of the particular bus partner - these are mentioned on the ticket printout/Email. Or please contact our customer support for more details.

    Why is it mandatory to provide my mobile number during booking the tickets ?

    You must fill in the field "Mobile Number" when booking tickets. Your mobile number will be used to send Booking confirmation SMS, Boarding point details, bus partner will be able to contact you quickly in case you are not on time at the boarding point or Busadda will be able to contact you if there is any change in schedule.

    I lost my ticket. What should I do now?

    There is no need to worry about . You can contact Busadda team anytime and our executive will regenerate your mobile ticket that can be used at the time of boarding the bus. Always Keep in mind it would be so much hazzle free.

    How does your boarding process work?

    Please arrive at the pick-up point a minimum of 15 minutes before departure. Please have your SMS confirmation (or ticket printout in some cases) and government issues personal identification ready while boarding.
