These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Green Sky Services Private Limited's Website, located at busadda.com
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BusAdda if you do not agree to take all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Important Terms and Conditions:
1. BusAdda is ONLY an online and Mobile Bus Ticketing Application.
2. BusAdda does not own buses or operate bus services that are available on Busadda.com.
3. Passengers are required to present the following information at the time of boarding the bus:
A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail or a SMS of the booking confirmation sent by BusAdda.com). Proof of Identity - (PAN card or Voter ID card, Driving License, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport). The operator may not allow the passenger to board the bus if the necessary proof of booking is not presented.
4. BusAdda helps customers find the best service/operator based on their budgets/preferences and helps with the online and mobile booking.
5. BusAdda also helps customers in refunds/cancellations when needed and provides phone and email support
6. The refund money would be credited to the customer within seven (7) working days.
7. In case you are not sure of the exact boarding point, please call the operator to locate the exact boarding point
8. BusAdda is not responsible or liable for the following:
• The bus operator's customer service issues or not departing/arriving on time
• The bus not being clean or not meeting the customer's expectations
• The customer missing the bus due to not waiting at the correct boarding point
• Cancellation of the trip by the operator due to unavoidable circumstances
• Lost/Stolen/Damaged baggage of the customer
• Last minute changing of a customer's seat by the operator to accommodate a Lady / Child / Senior Citizen
• Changes in the boarding point and/or using a pick-up van at the boarding point to transport customers to a larger bus departure point.
9. Bus Change: In the event of a change of bus type (AC/Non-AC/Sleeper/Seater) by the bus operator, BusAdda.com will refund the difference in fare amount to the customer, provided the customer notifies BusAdda via email (with sufficient proof) within 24 hours of the journey.
10. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policies of each bus operator are clearly mentioned on the ticket. Please read them.
11. In case a ticket is cancelled, or the transaction fails for any reason, the online booking transaction fees will not be refunded.
12. Discount coupons and Cashback offer are not applicable on Govt. RTC bus ticket Bookings.
13. A 5% (of the ticket price) cancellation processing fee is applicable to handle the online transaction charges.
14. Fare of all buses managed by bus vendors it may vary from Rs 100 to Rs 4500 + GST (5%).
Cancellation & Refunds
busAdda is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the service provider /Independent Contractors or for any reason for which the User is entitled for a refund is subject to busAdda receiving the amount from the said service provider. User acknowledges that busAdda shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective service provider or Independent Contractors of busAdda. In such events the User shall directly approach the service provider for any claims.
In case the User makes any changes in their accommodation while on the Tour, busAdda shall not refund or pay compensation in any manner whatsoever. The User would also be liable to pay any additional sum that is required to be paid consequent to the aforesaid changes made in the accommodation.
In the event of any delay in the refund beyond the period specified herein, the entire liability of busAdda shall be refund of the said amount with interest calculated at the applicable bank rate till the date the refund is made.
Payment Transaction Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on BusAdda.com until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email and SMS, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.
Delivery of Products/Services
Electronic Tickets ("e-Tickets")
What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique booking number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number to the bus operator in order to be able to board the bus.
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on BusAdda.com, please contact our call centre at: +916287101012. MyBusTickets.in. shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Cash Back Terms and Conditions
1. Customer has to be registered with BusAdda.com to get the Cashback.
2. Cashback will be credited 2 days after the journey date.
3. Discount/Cashback will not be refunded if the Ticket/Bus has been cancelled.
4. Cashback in wallet will be valid till 90 days from date when it has been credited.
5. Cashback can be redeemed based on the BusAdda.com Cashback redemption rules.
